Terms of Service
Plain-language terms. By using baidufast.com ("the Service") you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
You give us a public pan.baidu.com share link (and its extraction code, if any). We fetch the shared content using our own Baidu account and give you a temporary download link. We do not host a file library, we do not search for content, and we only process links you submit.
2. Who may use it
Anyone aged 16 or older. No account is required. We may limit the number of requests per network per day to keep the Service available for everyone.
3. Acceptable use
- Only submit links to content you have the right to download and use. You are responsible for the legality of what you request in your country.
- Do not use the Service to obtain malware, child sexual abuse material, or content that infringes copyright or other rights. We remove such content and may block the requester.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service, our rate limits, or our free tier (for example by rotating IP addresses).
4. Pricing and payment
- Links under the free limit shown on the home page are free, within the daily quota per network.
- For larger links we show the exact size and the exact price before you pay. Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price you see at checkout is the one you pay.
- Payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal balance, or any debit/credit card via PayPal guest checkout). We never see or store your card details.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy: full refund if we cannot deliver or the file does not match what we quoted.
5. Delivery and retention
- Your download link is shown on your request page and, if you gave an email, sent to that address.
- Files are kept for 3 days after they are ready, then deleted automatically. Very large files may be kept for a shorter period; the exact expiry is shown next to the link.
- Folders are delivered as a single ZIP with the original structure. Some archives may be password-protected; the password is shown on your request page and in the email.
- Very large links may be marked for manual handling and take longer; we tell you before you confirm.
6. What we do not promise
Baidu can throttle, block or remove shares at any time, and links can be dead or password-protected. If we cannot fetch a link, you are not charged (or you are refunded). The Service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a given link can be fetched.
7. Copyright and takedowns
We respond to takedown requests from rights holders. See our DMCA / takedown page. Repeat infringers are blocked.
8. Privacy
What we log and for how long is described in the Privacy policy. In short: the link you submit, your IP address and, if you give it, your email, kept only as long as needed to run the Service.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the request in question. We are not liable for the contents of files shared by third parties on Baidu Pan.
