DMCA & abuse policy

BaiduFast is a file-transfer tool: it fetches files from links that users themselves submit, holds them briefly, and deletes them automatically. We do not host a browsable library, we do not index or publish content, and we cooperate fully with rights holders.

What BaiduFast actually stores

  • Files exist on our systems only temporarily — 3 days (5 days for paid downloads) — and are then deleted automatically and permanently.
  • There is no public listing: a file can only be reached by the person who submitted the link, via a private tokenized URL.
  • Request records are used only for security, abuse prevention and handling disputes and takedown requests — never published. See the privacy policy.
  • Our terms require users to download legal content they have the right to access only.

How to file a takedown notice

If you are a rights holder (or an agent of one) and believe content processed through BaiduFast infringes your copyright, send a notice to:

Please include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  2. The exact URL(s) involved — the original share link (Baidu Pan, Quark Pan, 123pan or Xunlei) and/or the BaiduFast URL;
  3. Your contact information (name, email);
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).

What happens next

  • We act on valid notices within 24 hours — usually much faster.
  • The reported file is removed from our servers and cloud storage immediately, and the associated link is disabled.
  • Repeat-infringing links and abusive users are blocked from the service.
  • Note that in many cases the file will already have been auto-deleted by the time we receive a notice, due to our short retention window.

Counter-notice

If you submitted a link that was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send us a counter-notice at the same email with: the Request ID or URL that was removed; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; your name and contact details; and your physical or electronic signature. We forward valid counter-notices to the person who filed the original notice.

For anything else — fraud, malware distribution, or misuse of the service — contact the same channels above. Include as much detail as you can (URLs, timestamps).

BaiduFast is an independent service and has no affiliation with Baidu, Quark, 123pan or Xunlei. Content shared on those clouds is controlled by each service and its users — takedowns of the original share link must be directed to that service.
