BaiduFast › Privacy
Privacy policy
BaiduFast fetches files from Baidu Pan, Quark Pan, 123pan and Xunlei links you submit and hands them back to you. We collect only what we need to run and protect the service, and we never sell or share your data for advertising. There are no user accounts.
What we collect
- The share link and extraction code you submit — needed to fetch the file.
- Your IP address — used for rate limiting, abuse prevention and security.
- Your email address — used to send you the download link (and a receipt if you paid), and to help you with refunds or disputes. If you pay with PayPal or Whop we use the email they give us.
- Payment references (PayPal or Whop order and transaction IDs, amount). We never see or store card numbers — PayPal and Whop handle payment entirely.
- Optional review text and display name if you choose to leave one.
How long we keep it
- Files: deleted automatically after 3 days (5 days for paid downloads). Files sit behind unguessable links and are never listed publicly.
- Request records (link, extraction code, IP address, email): kept as long as needed to protect the service from abuse and to handle refunds, disputes and takedown requests. Never published, never sold.
- Payment references: kept as long as required for accounting and refund handling.
Who else sees your data
Only the services needed to run BaiduFast, each for one purpose:
- Baidu, Quark, 123pan or Xunlei — the link you submit is opened with our own account on that service to fetch the file.
- Cloudflare R2 — stores ready files until they are deleted, and serves your download.
- PayPal and Whop — payments. Subject to their own privacy policies.
- Cloudflare — protects the site and blocks bots (Turnstile). It sees your IP like any website's CDN does.
- Brevo — sends the "your file is ready" email.
- Telegram — only if you contact support there.
No advertising networks, no analytics trackers, no data brokers.
Cookies
Only a session cookie required for the site to work and a small browser storage entry that remembers your last request so you can return to it. No tracking cookies.
Your choices
- You can use the service without an account or email for free downloads; email is required only so we can deliver larger files.
- To have a file or your details removed before the automatic deletion, contact [email protected] with your Request ID.
Legal content only
By using BaiduFast you confirm you have the right to access the files you request. See our DMCA & abuse policy.
