About BaiduFast

Running since August 2026

BaiduFast is run by a small team who got tired of the same problem you have: a pan.baidu.com link, no Chinese phone number, and a download crawling at 50 KB/s. We built the tool we wanted, then opened it to everyone.

What we actually do

We keep our own paid Baidu SVIP accounts. When you paste a share link, our server opens it, measures the real size on Baidu and shows you the price. Only after you confirm do we save the share into our account, download it at full speed (a measured ~19 MB/s), pack folders into one ZIP with the structure intact, and hand you a direct link. You never create an account anywhere — not with Baidu, not with us.

How we treat your links and files

• We only touch links you submit. We do not crawl, host, or index Baidu content.
• Files sit behind unguessable links and are deleted after 3 days (5 days for paid downloads).
• Your link, IP and email are used only to run the service, keep it safe from abuse and handle refunds — never sold or published. Details in the privacy policy.
• We honour takedown requests — see the DMCA & abuse policy. Please download only content you have the right to.

Why it isn't all free

Every download goes through a paid Baidu SVIP account and a server we rent, with real bandwidth and storage behind it. Small links cost us almost nothing, so they're free. Bigger ones are a few cents per gigabyte, priced by the size on Baidu and shown before you pay. No subscription, no ads, no selling data. If we fail to deliver, you get your money back — refund policy.

Numbers we publish

We measured Baidu's free-tier throttle and the SVIP speed ourselves and published the results in Why is Baidu Pan so slow?. The ratings on our home page are left by real users right after their download finished. Every rating counts toward the score, one per customer, and we publish every written review except spam, abuse and repeat reviews from the same customer; we don't buy reviews and we don't write our own.

Talk to a human

Something stuck, a question before paying, a takedown request — message us on Telegram or email [email protected]. A real person answers, usually within a few hours, always within 24.
