Refund policy

Short version: if you paid and we did not deliver what you paid for, you get your money back. No forms, no arguing — send us your Request ID.

Free downloads

Links under the free limit are never charged, so there is nothing to refund. If a free download fails, just paste the link again or ask us on Telegram.

When you get a full refund

• We could not deliver. Your download link did not appear within 24 hours of payment, or the job ended in an error we could not fix.
• The file does not match. What you received is not what Baidu reported for that link (wrong size, missing files, corrupted archive). We verify byte counts against Baidu, so this is rare — but if it happens, it is on us.
• You were charged twice for the same link, or charged for a link that turned out to be free.

In these cases you can also choose to have us fetch the file by hand and deliver it the same day instead of a refund — your call.

When we do not refund

• The file was delivered, the link worked, and its size matched what we quoted. You saw the exact size and price before paying.
• You are unhappy with the contents the sharer uploaded to Baidu (wrong version, incomplete dataset, low quality). We deliver the shared files as they are; we cannot inspect or change them.
• You did not download within the retention window (3 days (5 days for paid downloads)) and the file has been deleted. Ask us first — if the link is still alive on Baidu we will usually re-fetch it for free.

How to ask

1. Find your Request ID (the 8-character code shown on your download page and in the email we sent).
2. Message us on Telegram or email [email protected] with the Request ID and what went wrong.
3. We answer within 24 hours. Refunds are sent back through the original payment provider (PayPal or Whop) to the original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days (cards can take longer, up to 30 days depending on your bank).

Please contact us before opening a PayPal or card dispute — it is faster for you, and disputes cost us fees even when we refund right away.
