How to download from Xunlei Cloud (迅雷云盘) outside China in 2026

Xunlei Cloud (pan.xunlei.com, 迅雷云盘 in Chinese) is the cloud drive of Xunlei, the company behind the Thunder download manager. Its share links turn up wherever Baidu Pan links used to: game repacks, Windows builds, driver packs, course archives. A link looks like https://pan.xunlei.com/s/VOxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxA1, usually with a 4-character code next to it.

If you are outside China, that link is usually a dead end. This post covers why, and what your options are.

Why Xunlei links are so hard to open from abroad

The account is Chinese-only. Downloading from a share requires a Xunlei account, and the account is tied to a mainland Chinese phone number. There is no sign-up path that works with a foreign number.

The share page wants the app. In a normal browser you can see the file list, but downloading sends you to install the Xunlei app, and the app itself is Chinese-only. On a phone you are pushed to the mobile app the same way.

Full speed is a paid, in-app feature. Xunlei sells speed as a membership perk that only works inside its own software. Anything that tries to pull the files another way is slow for most files, which is why browser extensions and "direct link" generators for Xunlei disappoint.

If a link opens with 分享已失效, or a note that the share expired or was removed, the uploader deleted it or Xunlei took it down. It is gone for everyone, including people in China. Ask the uploader for a new link.

What actually works

Get a Chinese account and run the app yourself. If you have a mainland phone number, a way to pay in yuan and patience with a Chinese-only interface, the Xunlei app with a paid membership downloads at full speed. For most people outside China that is a lot of hoops for one file.

Ask the uploader to mirror it. Many Xunlei uploads are also on Baidu Pan, Quark or 123pan. Those three are easier from outside China.

Use a fetch service. That is what BaiduFast does for Xunlei. Paste the pan.xunlei.com link (with its code) on the home page and in seconds you see the real size, every file in the share and the exact price, before anything is downloaded. Pay once, and the files are fetched and placed on a fast CDN; you get a direct link on the same page, with folders as one ZIP. A few GB is usually ready in 10–30 minutes; very large folders take a few hours, and the page shows live progress.

Xunlei costs more than our normal price list, because fetching from Xunlei is a special case and much harder than from the other clouds. The price is shown right after you paste the link, before you pay.

Links with a code or a subfolder

Keep the 4-character code (提取码, sometimes written code: or password:): either ?pwd=xxxx at the end of the URL or on the line after it. Pasting the whole share message works; the code is picked out automatically. A link that opens a subfolder (it ends with &path=…) is handled as just that folder. If you only need a few files out of a large share, message us and you pay only for those.

Where this leaves you

From outside China there is no free, fast route to a Xunlei file: the account needs a Chinese number, the share page needs the app, and speed is sold inside that app. Either you get a Chinese identity and run the app yourself, or you let a service that already has one do it.
